Our Recent success in the West Midlands Dance Festival in Coventry........
Hi All Bromies
This is our end of year review for 2012.
The standard in November was extremely high, and we had lots of new schools taking part, however, Excellent results were achieved as follows:
Megan Rigby-Hopkins won the inter Stage Award
Chloe Cooper won the Intermediate Classical trophy
Katie Gladwin won the Senior Stage award
Louise Daleman and Chloe Cooper won the Intermediate duet award
Katie/Shannon Wing and Chloe Cooper won the Senior Trio award
Hannah O'Brien and Katie won the Open duet award
Hannah/Jessica and Shanice Davis won the Open Trio trophy
The Mime award was won by Chloe Cooper
And the Adults again won their Open section.
The Teacher's award was very close this year, but again Bromwell came out on top.
Barnum and Rainbow Tap - you did it again, well done, so much success, you are a credit to the school, like wise the Bromie Babies who worked so hard to achieve excellent places in such very large sections.
Juniors/Inters you are to be commended on such high places as you needed to work so hard to pull together your dances in time for the festival, and of course in true Bromie style you did.
I'm so pleased with you all and now we are looking forwards to the March festival to gain lots more medals and awards, and then onto our appearance in London.
Exciting times ahead, it's good to be a Bromie.
